If your tree arrives damaged or unhealthy, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns
Because each bonsai is a living plant, we can’t accept general returns. If anything isn’t right with your order, contact us within 7 days and we’ll take care of you.
